Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders! Orders are generally shipped within 5 to 7 business days (for most locations), however we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date. Some locations may take up to 10-14 business days for the order to be shipped.
We currently ship with the following global carriers with tracking: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canadian Post, and Royal Mail.
Orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier, the order will be returned back to the fulfillment center.
It is your responsibility to accept the delivery. If the order is refused on delivery, it will be sent back to your local carrier facility and held for up to 5 days. If you fail to pick up the delivery from the carrier, it will be returned back to our fulfillment center and a refund cannot be issued.
Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and expected delivery times from the carrier.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST
We are able to update a change of address request within 24 hours after the order has been placed. To ensure that your order is delivered, please input shipping address correctly. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your address details or cease shipment.
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via FedEx/UPS/DHL.
We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Cancellations after 24 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to us to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after 24 hours, as it will have already gone into production.
On rare occasions, one or more products in an Order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please follow the steps mentioned below:
- Take a photo of the damage to the product and the box it was shipped in.
- Email us the photos to email@example.com. Please include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email, as well as a brief summary of the issue.
- You will receive a response from our support staff within 24 hours to confirm a replacement for your damaged product
