WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times around the world vary based on your location. On average it takes about 5-7 business days with standard free shipping for the order to be delivered from the day of purchase. Some locations may take up to 10-14 business days for the order to be delivered. Once your order is prepared for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and expected delivery times from the carrier.
*Please note that during the holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.
Changes or cancellations after 24 hours will require you to return the undamaged merchandise to us to receive a full refund. We cannot exchange your order after 24 hours, as it will have already gone into production.
To change or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Cancel order” or “Change order”. Please make sure to include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email.
MY CANVAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
We take pride in the quality of our product and service to make sure our canvases are packaged well and shipped securely. On the rare occasion that your canvas print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly follow the steps mentioned below:
- Take a photo of the damage to the product and the box it was shipped in.
- Email us the photos to email@example.com. Please include your full name and order number as it appears on your order confirmation email, as well as a brief summary of the issue.
- You will receive a response from our support staff within 24 hours to confirm a replacement for your damaged product
MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track it down.
CAN I FRAME THESE PRINTS MYSELF?
Yes, we offer unframed prints so you can customize the look and feel of your final piece. Just select “no frame” when adding the artwork to your basket.
CAN I MAKE ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS TO THE FRAME FOR A SMALL FEE?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any customizations at this time.
WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE FROM?
All of our frames are made from wood and hand assembled for each piece.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR HANGING HARDWARE?
Each of our frames comes ready to hang. Depending on your wall we recommend using screws for our smaller sizes and an anchor for our largest size.
HOW IS THE CANVAS MADE?
Each artwork is printed to order specifically for you on heavyweight poly cotton genuine artist quality canvas using archival quality Giclée print process, stretched around our proprietary profile radial pine produced from renewable forests and gallery wrapped and mounted to a 1.75" thick, elegant, black hard wood frame that's ready to hang.
Our Canvases come in 4 different sizes:
Standard canvas size/dimension:
- Small - 16 x 12 inches = 40.64 x 30.48 centimeters
- Medium - 24 x 18 inches = 60.96 x 45.72 centimeters
- Large - 40 x 30 inches = 101.6 x 76.2 centimeters
- X-Large (Collector) - 60 x 40 inches = 152.4 x 101.6 centimeters
Wide canvas size/dimension:
- Small - 20 x 10 inches = 50.8 x 25.4 centimeters
- Medium - 30 x 15 inches = 76.2 x 38.1 centimeters
- Large - 40 x 20 inches = 101.6 x 50.8 centimeters
- X-Large (Collector) - 60 x 30 inches = 152.4 x 76.2 centimeters

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send product(s) back to us. You must send back unwanted product(s) at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping the product(s) back via FedEx/UPS/DHL.
We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in original condition.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the production process. Sorry!
